Employee Assistance Programs - employee access to short term confidential counselling in convenient locations or via phone or Internet links. The service provides assistance for every day personal issues.  Our professional counsellors aim to have employees back into the work force and effective as soon as possible or to provide links to appropriate longer term care.  This includes eapdirect™ , our on-line assistance service that provides access to key information, on-line counselling, self-assessment tools and links to key services

Well-Being Programs - aimed at enhancing the well-being of individual employees.  The service includes multi-service websites that allow employees to receive advice on a wide range of topics that affect their personal well-being.  The additional services include surveys, seminars and training that allow organisations to facilitate a healthy working culture.

Trauma & Critical Incident Management - vital services that can be called upon in times of crisis and disaster.
